2017 Toyota 86 Coming Soon near Eau Claire!
If you haven’t heard, Scion is discontinuing at the end of the 2016 model year. However, some of the vehicles will be continued as Toyotas. The first of these is the Scion FR-S. It will be called the Toyota 86, and it’s coming soon to Markquart Toyota near Eau Claire!
The Toyota 86 will be slightly updated with LED tail lamps, a refreshed front end, and of course Toyota badges where Scion badges used to be. The 2-liter, 4-cylinder engine, and retuned suspension make this car extremely fun to drive.

Toyota Sienna: Ideal Family Vehicle

The Toyota Tundra can tow up to 10,500 pounds when equipped with the 5.7L V8 engine. Also with the 5.7L V8 comes Tow/Haul Mode that prevents Tundra from shifting in search for the right gear when towing. This also aids with throttle response, pulling power, and engine braking making towing some of your biggest cargo a breeze.
The Toyota Tacoma is just what you need to tow your 4-wheeler trailer, as its 3.5l V6 engine and available Tow Package allow this truck to tow up to 6800 pounds. Included in Tacoma’s Tow Package and standard on Tundra is Trailer-Sway Control, which applies brake pressure to individual wheels and manages engine torque to help control the trailer.

The powerful Toyota Sequoia is equipped to tow up to 7,400 lbs. So, you can load up the whole family and whatever toys you need for the weekend, whether it’s your pontoon or your jet skis. This SUV also offers Trailer-Sway Control and Tow/Haul mode to make the most out of your engine’s power.
The Toyota 4Runner is best for off-roading, but also allows you to tow up to 5,000 pounds. Similarly, the Toyota Highlander can tow up to 5,000 pounds and has your family’s comfort in mind – making it the perfect crossover to tow your small equipment.
Finally, some people need to tow their small equipment, but don’t need the space of a Highlander. That’s why the RAV4 offers up to 1,500 pounds of towing capacity – perfect for a small trailer with whatever you need for the day.

A couple months ago we posted a blog post about our new recon center being built, and we are happy to announce that it’s now complete!
This new facility is firing on all cylinders, with room to work on up to 10 vehicles. Before, a trade in vehicle would have to go to one building to get inspected then to another to be reconditioned before it could be put on our used car lot. Now, it’s all done in one place making the process more efficient, and allowing us to get more vehicles out on the lot for you!
This centralized recon center has hoists for techs to inspect vehicles, a bay for handwashing, and even more bays for reconditioning. Before this was all split between three buildings.
In summary, we went from 7 bays scattered throughout three locations to 10 bays in one, state-of-the-art location. If you’re in need of a vehicle detailing, schedule an appointment with our service department!
