Markquart Toyota Service Greeters

The entire service experience at Markquart Toyota is designed to be as smooth and customer-friendly as possible, and that starts with our Lanes Crew. The lanes crew works out of our drive-in service lanes to make sure your whole visit is as efficient as possible.

Our service process is simple:

  1. When you arrive for service, to the right of our main entrance, you drive directly into our service lanes. A member of our lanes crew will greet you with a smile and show you where to park.
  2. Then, the lanes crew will introduce you to your Service Advisor to discuss your needs for the visit.
  3. After you meet with your advisor, you will be shown to our comfortable lounges while you wait. If your visit takes longer, our friendly shuttle service can drive you to work or home.
  4. Behind the scenes, our lanes crew will ensure your vehicle is serviced and washed.
  5. Once maintenance is complete, you will consult with your Service Advisor once more to discuss the health of your vehicle and any other maintenance you should consider.
  6. After you finish meeting with your advisor, a Lanes Crew member will pull your car up close, and walk you out.

Located just outside of Eau Claire, Markquart Toyota is excited to provide you with reliable and efficient service. Schedule an appointment with us online today.
