Your appointment will begin when you pull into our service lanes and you are greeted by one of our friendly lane crew members. From there you will meet with your service advisor who will explain to you the services being performed on your vehicle.

After this, you will have a few options on what to do while you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. One option would be a free shuttle ride from Markquart Toyota to work or home. This will allow you to continue on with your regular daily activities while your vehicle is cared for by our certified and factory trained automotive technicians. If your maintenance is scheduled to take longer than normal we can arrange a free loaner vehicle for you so that your plans never come to a halt. Finally, you are always welcome to stay in our premium waiting rooms where you can enjoy refreshments and snacks. If you are accompanied by little ones, they will enjoy our children’s playroom that is stocked with toys, coloring books and of course a variety of cars.

After your service is complete you will meet with your service advisor again. They will go over all of the services completed on your vehicle and let you know about any services that we would recommend that you stop in for in the future. If you choose to we will schedule your next appointment or you can schedule it yourself over the phone or on our website when you are ready.
