Markquart is always eager to give back to the communities we belong to, this past week we donated a 2007 Chevy Malibu to the shop class at Eau Claire North High School. This class provides hands-on experience that teaches students essential car maintenance. Some skills they learn include how to change flat tires, perform and oil changes, changing lights, and much more. Currently, this class is taught by Robert Besse, he teaches 3 sections, and enrolls over 60 students who are eager to learn more about cars, and potentially spark a career in a rapidly growing industry. Many students who enroll in this class don’t have a car of their own to practice on, the vehicle we donated will allow every student to have a chance to practice their skills.
