Markquart Toyota Improves Auto Repair Experience

We listen to our customers! Over the past year or so we have had occasional comments from customers about our service advisors being a little too busy at times. We would like to announce that we have added an experienced service advisor, Joyce Kubesh, and have constructed an additional office in the lanes to accommodate the additional personnel.

Joyce has been in the car business for a little over 40 years now! Having worked with vehicles since 1971, she says it’s not so much about the cars but “the people and the interaction with customers” that she enjoys the most. When Joyce isn’t busy helping people with their vehicles at Markquart, she spends time gardening and hanging out at her cabin with her husband, Archie, who she’s been married to for 41 years.

The additional office is conveniently located in our service lanes. This office houses our service advisor Justin Babel. Aside from helping customers who come in for service, Justin also oversees all the trade-in vehicles that the Used Department receives, making sure they are ready for the lot.
