Free Loaners
Drive 'em For Free...
Markquart Toyota prides ourselves on providing excellent customer service. One of the ways we show you that we care is by offering free loaner vehicles to qualifying customers while your vehicle is at our Service Department near Eau Claire, WI for auto repairs. Life doesn't stop when your car is in the shop. Let us keep you moving.
Schedule Service or RepairBuy 'em For Less
Our free loaner vehicles are new Toyotas that have been set aside for the program. Once they’ve been in the loaner program for six months, they are cleaned, reconditioned and added back to our sales inventory. These like-new cars qualify for almost all of the new vehicle rebates and financing, and come with a lower price tag than new vehicles.

How does it work?
We have almost every current model of Toyota available in our free loaner program. From our fuel-efficient Prius to our 7-passenger Sienna, there are plenty different models of cars to choose from to suit your needs. When you bring your vehicle in for service, your Service Advisor will work with you to see if you qualify for a loaner vehicle. Our free loaner program is meant for customers whose vehicle maintenance or repair may take longer than usual, or for someone whose schedule requires them to have a car at all times.
Once your Service Advisor determines that you qualify for a free loaner vehicle, our Service Cashier will need to verify and go over a few things with you, as well as have you sign a contract. Signing this contract means that you agree to the terms and conditions of driving one of our free loaner vehicles.
If you don't have the right kind of insurance for rental vehicles, don't worry! Through the Toyota Rent A Car program, our TRAC loaner vehicles are covered by Toyota. Should you get into an accident while out and about with one of our TRAC vehicles, Toyota absorbs the costs.
What are the customer's responsibilities?
Once we have gathered all the necessary information and you have met the requirements needed to use a free loaner vehicle, we will get a car from our loaner inventory that best suits your needs. We also need to establish a time when you will bring the car back, as many of our customers utilize our free loaners program. We request that you bring the loaner back when your vehicle is done being serviced, at which point we will call you. If you don't bring the loaner vehicle back at the appropriate time, you will be charged.
There are a few other restrictions placed on the free loaner vehicle. There is a 100-mile limit in a 24-hour period for the loaner vehicle you are using. Also, smoking, pets and towing are not allowed in or with your free loaner, and misuse or abuse of the vehicle is prohibited. Lastly, you need to bring the car back with as much gas in it as when you left, which was a full tank. There are plenty of gas stations nearby for you to top off the tank at before you bring it back.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these responsibilities, don't hesitate to call our Service department at 715-552-4440.
Will you qualify?
Once your Service Advisor determines that you qualify for a free loaner vehicle, there are a few other requirements that need to be met. Our Service Cashier will need to verify that you have a valid driver's license, are 21 years of age, and appear capable of operating the vehicle in a safe and proper manner.
We reserve the right to withhold free loaner privileges from any customer that we believe will not use the vehicle in accordance with our program.
Who pays?
Not the customer! Toyota TRAC takes care of any costs should the loaner vehicle be damaged while in your possession.
Our loaner vehicles are not only great for service customers who are on the go, but they also make for great used vehicles, too! After a vehicle has been in our rental program for six months, it is added to our used sales inventory. The loaner vehicles qualify for almost all new vehicle rebates and are like new in condition, without the new-car pricing!
